1. Individual Users

Refunds are not provided once course access is granted, unless stated otherwise.

2. Organizations / Institutions

Refunds and cancellations are handled based on the agreement signed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in case of:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical issues preventing access
